Reduce
- PLASTICS REDUCTION
- Reduction of micronage in plastic bags.
- The company’s coffee machines now use recycled paper cups instead of plastic cups.
- Currently, we have installed osmosis fountains in different parts of the company to reduce the use and transportation of plastic bottles. In addition, a couple of campaigns were conducted in the past in which canteens and cups were distributed to employees to reduce the use of plastic cups.
- PAPER REDUCTION
- Electronic invoicing to our clients.
- Digitalization through Q-plant of different documents such as loading/unloading orders, production reports, quality check lists…
- Reduction in the use of paper brochures with digital versions for viewing on pc, mobile, ipad…
- Reduction of carton thickness.
- Printing of labels with qr codes to reduce the use of printed information.
- REDUCTION OF CO2 EMISSIONS
- Electric forklifts.
- Paddles with AdBlue.
- Installation of solar panels and in project to increase the number installed to cover more consumption and heat water for AdBlue’s production processes.
- REDUCTION OF ENERGY USED
- Automatic shutdown of the lighting in the halls.
- Installation of skylights/translucent rooflights so that lights do not need to be turned on during the day.
- Change of light bulbs and screens in the buildings to low consumption.
Reuse
- REUSE OF DIFFERENT OBJECTS
- Reuse of reclaimed pallets.
- Reuse of full face masks after disinfection and filter replacement.
- Reuse of filters from production processes after a professional washing process.
Recycle
- RECYCLING OF MATERIALS
- Separation and recycling of batteries and toner in offices
- In-plant revaluation of waste for reuse or recycling: plastic, paper and cardboard, metals, aerosols, luminaire tubes, wood, hoses.
- Separation for recycling of electronic devices.
- Project for single-material doypacks to make them recyclable.
- USE OF RECYCLED MATERIALS
- Plastic sacks with 30% certified recycled material.
- Approval process for all bottles and caps to contain recycled plastic.
- Merchand with recycled or reusable materials (wheat reed pen, recycled paper bag, reusable raffia bag…)
- Recycled paper brochures and notebooks.
- Project to have a more sustainable film and seal.
