Our vision is ‘Creating a chemically sustainable future’, and we want to do it together. We want to be the necessary support that companies in the industrial sector need to step up and replace chemical raw materials with sustainable ones.”

What does your company do, where is it located and where does it provide services?

ADINTUS is a company belonging to the TSD business group that is dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of sustainable chemical additives, as well as to their technical advice for a wide range of industrial sectors. We are present in many sectors, such as: cosmetics, detergency, ceramics, paper and cardboard, biogas, vegetable nutrition, detergency, etc.

We have more than 60,000 m2 of surface area in our production center located in Silla (Valencia), in addition to logistics warehouses located throughout Spain, serving both Spain and the different international markets with which we operate.

What is the value proposition of your business and how do you differentiate yourselves in the industry?

Everything revolves around sustainability, all areas of our value proposition always aim to offer innovative and sustainable solutions that are environmentally friendly. We achieve this thanks to our extensive experience in the sector that allows us to know the needs, personalized technical advice and proximity to the customer, efficient logistics to meet the deadlines of our customers and the permanent availability of stock and high quality controls.

Our motto and vision is that we are Creating a chemically sustainable future and we want to do it together, we want to be the necessary support that companies in the industrial sector need to take the step and replace chemical raw materials with sustainable ones.

Another important factor is R&D&I, which is why we collaborate with research centers and universities to respond to the new needs that arise in the industrial sectors, where we carry out projects to develop new natural and sustainable products as an alternative to conventional chemicals.

How long has your business been in operation and how has it evolved from its foundation until today?

Initially we started our activity 14 years ago, creating a new business unit aimed at industrial sectors within the company Antonio Tarazona S.L.U. In all this time we have been proud of the growth and current evolution of the industrial business unit. In the year 2024 with the creation of the TSD business group, it was decided to create a company called ADINTUS Aditivos Industriales Sostenibles S.L.U, which has its vision very much directed towards environmental, social and corporate sustainability, providing natural and sustainable solutions to the industrial sector as an alternative to conventional chemical additives.

We face the future with optimism, generating a positive impact on society.

What is your company’s team like? Who is it made up of?

Our people are our company’s most important asset. Our main challenge is to build capable and committed teams, which means developing, within the organization and at all levels, the ability to attract, develop and retain the best talent.

That is why we pay special attention to the integration of the staff in the company’s own strategy, listening to their needs and giving recognition and support in everything they need for their professional growth within the company. We have plans for flexibility and reconciliation of work and professional life.

Our company has a large team of specialized technical advisors, 90% of whom are university graduates. We have the support of all the areas of the TSD group such as Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Laboratory, Operations (Production and Logistics), ITi, Administration, Purchasing, and our own Customer Service (backoffice).

How do you see the current situation of the chemical distribution sector in Spain? What are your company’s prospects for the coming months?

Given the changing market situation and the industrial environment so vulnerable, uncertain, changing and ambiguous (VUCA) makes the work of distributor of raw materials is increasingly indispensable and necessary. We provide security in the availability of supplies, proximity, immediate response and high experience in the business, which translates into security for our customers. We are a key piece in the supply chain of raw materials.

With regard to future prospects, we continue to adapt to the new needs of the different sectors and that is why our commitment is directed towards SUSTAINABILITY.

How do you think your company and its relationship with the industry has changed before and after you became a partner?

AECQ has offered us the possibility of having a better interrelationship between all the associated companies, allowing us that so necessary and enriching professional networking of knowledge for the sector, which is materialized in the celebration of the annual congresses and other events.

I would like to emphasize the importance of the AECQ as a common reference point for all members before the different national and international authorities and institutions.

Thanks to AECQ we have professional and efficient advice on technical/regulatory, legal and Responsible Care matters in chemical distribution, as well as access to and updating of information related to the sector.

I must highlight the training activities offered by the association through the AECQ Academy, as well as the professional and close treatment of the human team.

What work do you think entities such as the AECQ should do? How do they affect your company?

AECQ has a relevant role as representative of the chemical distribution in Spain, as well as the contact with other forums of interest for our association. AECQ acts as an interlocutor of the Labor Agreement of the sector, as well as with FEIQUE at national level and with the FECC at international level, which gives us a great support to the Spanish chemical distribution.

It helps us in all matters concerning legislation, informing us of new legal developments and advising on specific technical issues.

A great support.
