In Adintus, we have specialized warehouses by type of products, complying with all the regulations and requirements that our customers need for the optimal storage and treatment of their products.
Inaugurated in 2020, being a modern and reference laboratory.
We have based our growth on the continuous effort to innovate and search for solutions and new products, for which the design of the new laboratory has been carried out.
We have state-of-the-art equipment for quality control and the development and R&D of new efficient and sustainable solutions. In addition, to enhance the analytical capacity we have different state-of-the-art ion chromatography equipment. We perform coagulation-flocculation tests (Jar-test) to achieve maximum efficiency in wastewater treatment processes.
Additionally and through our technical-scientific staff, we maintain continuous contact with research centers and universities to promote innovative solutions and CDTI projects that can offer the market increasingly sustainable solutions.
We have 2 fully automated packaging stations, 3 Big Bag packaging lines, a plant for the manufacture of soluble NPK and a facility designed for loading in pneumatic tanks.
The NPK soluble plant has an exhaustive quality control of raw materials, precision in the process to guarantee the declared contents and innovation in packaging.
Our semi-automatic packaging and labeling lines allow us
to adapt to the needs of our customers. We can pack in different formats, according to your needs:
– Big Bags of different capacities.
– Open and valve plastic bags, as well as sewn and/or heat-sealed.
– Cardboard boxes and Big Boxes.
We have 4 chemical reactors of different capacities for the manufacture of liquid industrial additives. Secure … e ensure the homogeneity and final quality of the liquid additives. with an advanced filtering system. In addition, our raw materials are stored in large volume tanks.
We have two manufacturing lines that give us the possibility of packaging liquids in formats ranging from half a liter to 1,000 liters GRG, so we offer great versatility adapting to the needs required by the end user.
The packaging lines are equipped with labeling machines that identify the bottles and carafes with the information of the industrial additive, automated filling systems that guarantee the accuracy and quality of the contents and palletizing equipment that facilitates transportation and storage. We ensure the traceability of the packaging.
In Grupo Empresarial TSd we are aware of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) endorsed by the UN, incorporating actions and investments aimed at achieving them.
